delivered on time and very well packaged nothing to complain about everything is in order and received very quickly

The replacement cartridge was ordered in good time so not to run out of ink. Trying to replace the old one yesterday I found that there is a manufacturing fault on the cartridge as one little piece on the bottom of the cartridge is bigger than the old one. Return window is now closed and I am really disappointed
