I have used this cleanser for years and really like the way it feels and cleans BUT every tube I have purchased in the last year (3 - 4)has been defective? Half way through using the product the whole top of the tube pops off and I cannot get it to stay back on. Very discouraging for such an expensive line of cosmetics. End up wasting product. Can't take it if travelling.

I have been using this cleanser since it came out along with the toning lotion. I occasionally use the Creme and the combination of these are amazing at keeping my skin happy! I use ANR and daywear moisturiser in the day and Tevitalising Supreme overnight. At 74 I rely on Estée Lauder to take care of my skin.
