It burns cooked rice on the bottom which will end up throwing everytime you use it. So it does the basic job really bad, it is another Russell Hobbs failure product. But it looks good in your kitchen as an ornament, so I give one star. Please avoid buying this product!

We have owned several Rice cookers in the past but this is the worst one yet. Despite following the instructions to the letter , we have not had properly cooked rice in 10 attempts, always under cooked Also we end up with a pool of starchy water on the worktop

Bought this 3.5 weeks ago and it’s broken already. Horrendous smell of burning plastic and the walls of the cooker red hot. Used it about 6-7 times. Pretty lame. Will be requesting a refund.
