De Bosch CMG7361B1 is een compacte combi-oven met magnetronfunctie en biedt uitstekende bak- en grillresultaten dankzij 4D Hotair en diverse automatische programma's. De bediening is intuïtief via het digitale bedieningswiel en het TFT-touchscreen. Schoonmaken gaat snel door EcoClean en hydrolyse. Slimme functies zoals Home Connect en spraakassistent maken het gebruik extra makkelijk. Let op: installatie vereist een aparte groep en vakman door de hoge aansluitwaarde. De oven is relatief klein en mist een stoomfunctie, wat voor sommige gebruikers een nadeel kan zijn. De prijs ligt hoger dan bij veel andere modellen, maar de prestaties en het gebruiksgemak worden vaak geprezen.

We had to replace our old Bosch fitted oven because in a moment of forgetfulness I left the metal pan in whilst using it as a microwave :-( The new model is such a big improvement on the old one I think it was probably worth doing anyway. The controls are much easier to use, with a touch sensitive "swipe" replacing the rather unresponsive wheel on the old oven. The upgrade to the controls is also evident in the enhanced feedback, asking me if I want to dry the oven after microwaving is very helpful. Then there is the feature that upgrades the firmware, or saves my favourite recipe, using Wi Fi. Genius :-) I cooked salmon fillets using recomended settings and it combined the grill with the microwave to deliver perfectly cooked fish in only 10 minutes. Awesome!

Once I got used to operating the oven I have to say it is amazing. Take time to read the booklet thoroughly before using it as it can seem quite complicated having so many different functions.

Hele fijne oven. Voor zelfgemaakte pizza's is deze ideaal. Ik zie en proef geen resultaat verschil tussen de kamado BBQ en deze oven. Scheelt een hoop houtskool en tijd. Enigste min punt vind ik dat als je 4 pizza's achter elkaar wilt bakken op 300C. Dat de oven moeite heeft om op temperatuur te blijven als de ovendeur even open gaat. Dan zakt de temperatuur wel 30C en duurt het wel even (5min) tot die weer op 300C zit. Ook in snel opwarm stand. Een aparte stroomgroep enkel voor de oven is wel vereist ivm de aansluitwaarde van 3600W.
