Canon RF 16 mm f/2.8 STM

Een lens van Canon voor het RF-systeem. Deze lens is met een brandpuntafstand van 16 mm aanzienlijk meer groothoek dan de 24 mm van de meeste kitlenzen en je kunt er dan ook mooie groothoek foto's mee maken. De lens is lekker compact en licht, deze voel je bijna niet op je camera. Zeker in combinatie met de RP- of R8-camera is dit een fijne lichte combi en de lens is door de grote hoek ook fijn voor filmen in een vlog-setting. De autofocus is voldoende vlot maar verwacht geen wonderen. F2.8 is fijn bij gebruik binnen of bij weinig licht, voor heel donkere situaties is het niet super groot. Een goede back-up lens om bij je te hebben in je tas met je gewone zoomlens als standaard uitrusting, voor het geval dat. Ik raad deze lens aan voordat je dure groothoek zoomlenzen koopt, probeer het lekker eerst zo uit!

I bought this lens in order to have a fairly extreme wide-angle lens that was light and not too heavy. But not a fish-eye. It fits the bag, or even the pocket, well and did not seem unduly expensive. So far it has performed well. Good in buildings and the ambient light inside them. Has worked well outdoors too. Careful to keep one's fingers out of the field of view!
