essie Make-up Nagellak White & Nude No. 3 Marshmallow

Right now this is one of the WORST white nail polishes I have ever wasted money on. It is sheer and streaky and looks like I put stripes on my nails instead of white polish. Some polishes are self-leveling… Marshmallow is NOT. If anything, it seems to separate more as it dries down. I couldn’t believe the horrid white stripes it turned to on my nails! Like lanes in an Olympic swimming pool event. Anyway, I tried to fix it but there was no use. I wound up taking it off and re-painting with Essie limo-scene, which is a far superior formula. It dries more level and has a nice shine to it. Marshmallow is so streaky and “watery,” I can’t imagine it would work for French Tips or nail art, either. This one’s going in the trash. Save your money, folks!

Amazing colour, polish is superior to most available brands

Essie site lists this as a 'sheer' white but it's surely not! More of an opaque, even with one coat. Returning it....and hate when a company mis-represents their own shade!
