Logitech Lift Souris ergonomique verticale Gauche Noir

Pleasantly surprised i was worried about the design as it is not what i am used to. I used to use the M510 and predecessors. i have a big hand so i needed a mouse that fits i had tried the m650 sadly it was too small for my hand. This one is the perfect size. i didn't realise it has three settings which is cool, it took me 1 day to get used to the mouse as it is held and moved slightly differently to the traditional mouse. Also very happy with the service i recieved at the miranda store from the JB HiFI staff (so thank you). the only thing i feel annoyed about is the logitech logi options+ software (but that is software issue rather than the mouse and i was having issues with my older mouse as well).

The mouse is great as an ergonomic choice, however, the mouse's rubber component tends to wear fair into use and loses its comfort. The major issue with this mouse is that it's clicking can sometimes not register properly - often finding to continuously turn it off and on as well as impractically smashing it into the table for it to work properly. Works great for the first few months - then turns into a really crap product. For long-term value and usage, go for a different mouse.

Can anyone recommend what to do or give advice for this product when it starts lagging? I have only had and used for about 3 months and it is CONSTANTLY lagging on me. Makes it very difficult to work when I am always just trying to get my mouse to work correctly. This is quite an expensive product to be worthless within a 3 month period? If there's nothing that can be done to stop the lagging I will be requesting a refund as this is not what I was expecting from this product at all!
