Worst phone I’ve ever received. Had trouble transferring my phone and when I finally managed to complete it after multiple retries, I got nothing but glitches and lags. Every single app crashed. Even tiny ones like the calculator. My messages updated in spurts. My gps constantly recalculated, never seeming to locate my phone. I wanted to throw the thing down a well with cinder block shoes.

Completed an upgrade with qualified trade in online, and a week later received an open box, used, and damaged phone that was supposed to be brand new, had to wait another several days to get a replacement. Will never, ever again upgrade a phone via online. Customer service was horrible and it took several calls for them to even process a replacement. Please note: I reached out within 20 mins. of the initial delivery. BEWARE and always, always always, just go into a store to conduct your upgrades.
