Brother PT-N20 Labelprinter

Jammed immediately poor instructions very poorly made product. Bother also does not provide human support and will send you to AI.

Loved the label maker. Only wish they would bundle with storage case and extra tapes.

Be careful buying this label printer. There is no where that the website explains that the PT-N20 does not connect to devices via Bluetooth. I received the PT-N20 as a gift but cannot use it without a a connection to a device with better editing ability . I will have to search for something else.

Bought P-Touch. Was told I need to purchase power adapter for unit. Took several minutes to even find out what adapter was needed after taking several minutes to find a place to download the user guide. What happened to Brother. They are so worried about covering their own butts that they can not make products and have great support like they use to. Sad really.

As a teacher, I have issues with organization. This label maker is so easy to use to make labels for all my files and folders at work! I also have young kids so I am using it to label their toy bins. It’s lightweight and portable. I like the different formatting options as well. I recommend!
