Garmin Venu X1 Zwart

Ik ben heel tevreden over de Garmin Venu X1. Het horloge voelt kwalitatief en comfortabel aan. Omdat het een titanium uurwerk is, heb ik er ook geen last van ondanks mijn nikkelallergie, wat voor mij een groot pluspunt is. Ik kan het zonder irritatie de hele dag dragen. Hiervoor had ik een Samsung smartwatch. Die vond ik iets intuïtiever in gebruik. Bij Garmin moet je in het begin even zoeken waar alles zit, maar eens je ermee vertrouwd bent, werkt het heel vlot. De coachingsschema's vind ik erg goed, vooral voor meer gevorderde lopers die gericht willen trainen. Voor beginners zou ik eerder de Start 2 Run app aanraden. Wat ik zelf heel handig vind, is de functie Training Readiness. Zo krijg je een duidelijk beeld van hoe klaar je lichaam is om te trainen.

Venu x1 is an excellent upgrade from my 4.5 years old 945 LTE. For this 78 year old the bright big screens are perfect :). I use it for running, cycling, rowing, swimming, strength training and yoga. The data I can monitor (power, training effects, loads, vertical ratio and oscillation, much more) are valuable for training. Being able to see much of the same information as on the Garmin Connect app and browser is useful. It did take seven days of reviewing the manual and many YouTube videos.

Love it! Had the Venu 2 but X1 is a whole different level and size. Great purchase! Looks and feels great. The only negative I have is the velcro band. I went out and bought a beefy silicone band to match the watch.

this device is constantly rebooting. I've seen the blue triangle more than any data. I cannot even get a decent step count when on a walk. It does manage to keep time.

Not for a small wrist. I really wanted to like this watch, and it has a ton of amazing features. The large, thin face is great is probably the best out there. However, I have a small circumstance wrist and it just didn't fit me.
