I have bought 3 colors of their vivid mattes and this is the only one that doesn't have a little ball inside. My first time buying I thought I just got a defect but the second one doesn't have a ball either. I think this is the reason the texture is off, the package does show their should be noise when shaking. That being said I usually just shake it as hard as I can to thin it out and I always get compliments! It is harder to use than their other colors though

I spend $10 on a stick of eyeliner and I expect there to be more in the stick than what's at the tip of the liner. There's no way to twist it up to get more from the tube. It's not like the "Pencil" types, you CAN NOT sharpen it!!! I love the colors but I won't pay for these again.

Excellent wearing pencil. Smudges well when first applied, then stays put. I bought it in Berry Goth and it's totally gorgeous with brown eyes. Dark and smokey but also makes brown eyes pop because of the slight purple red tone. Totally in love, haven't worn any other liner since I tried it, including the brown I'd ordered at the same time.
