De Philips L'Or Barista Sublime LM9012/50 is een compacte en veelzijdige koffiemachine die twee kopjes tegelijk kan zetten en werkt met zowel L'OR als Nespresso capsules. Je kunt kiezen uit drie koffiesterktes en het grote waterreservoir en capsulehouder zorgen dat je niet steeds hoeft bij te vullen. Het apparaat is eenvoudig te bedienen en past goed in de keuken. Nadelen zijn het ontbreken van een melkopschuimer, het relatief hoge geluidsniveau en soms storingen bij het gebruik van XL-capsules. Ook kun je de temperatuur niet aanpassen en neemt de machine door zijn lengte meer ruimte in op het aanrecht. Over het algemeen is dit een goede keuze voor wie snel en makkelijk espresso of koffie wil zetten, maar minder geschikt voor liefhebbers van melkspecialiteiten of wie een heel stille machine zoekt.

First coffee pod maker we have purchased and to be honest love it now it's the choices of different types of coffee to choose. But overall very pleased with the product.

The machine stopped working after a few days because it didn't seem to like the pods supplied with it. One burst, and left a lot of residue inside which I cleaned out, and I have been using Starbucks ones in it ever since with no issues. Apart from that it's much quieter in use than my old Nespresso, which only lasted a year and a half, and I love the fact I can make 2 cups at the same time.
