Philips TAM3505M2

Very pleased with the radio performance, the aerial is decreet and picks up signals well . It has DAB+ which is becoming a necessity. The Bluetooth and USB stick connectivity works well. I have used some 'quality' speakers that I already had in place of the ones supplied and the sound is more than adequate for my meagre needs. Note that there is no connection for headphones either by lead or wirelessly which I knew before purchasing. The 'free' headphones are Bluetooth which was a pleasant surprise and work well with my phone and laptop. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase which represents reasonable value at this price point.

I bought this for my 12 year old son's bedroom and couldn't be more pleased with it. The sound is perfect for his room and he is highly delighted with it as he us just starting to show a real interest in music. Excellent from Richer Sounds again

Clarity is very clear and CD player is playing CD'S that my old Panasonic struggled with. Not the most powerful system but perfect for my bedroom which is where the system is located

Purchased a few months ago although light and portable it offers good sound quality at a low price

I bought the Philips TAM 3505M2 and was surprised at the quality of the sound for that price - it was fine! Then I wired up the Wharfedale Diamond 9 speakers I bought to go with it (along with QED cables, also from Richer Sounds), and was totally blown away by the greatly improved sound quality! I'm hearing things I haven't heard for years! Very happy.
