Zeiss 5x10 T* MiniQuick Monoculair

Good Points: Fits shirt pocket. Very useful for checking parking rules without getting out of car. Good for wildlife observing. Improvement Points: I keep losing it, this is my 4th one, the price keeps going up.

Small diameter and quick focus make this a good quick scope. The optics work well with my eyeglasses and are pretty well defined. Only downside: no case. I ordered a nice leather fountain pen case that fits fine; but a basic vinyl one would have been ok if it was included.

I love the stunning clarity of this monocular - even in low light. I keep it handy because it is so light and fast - it stays focused at my chosen range and whenever wildlife presents itself I can almost instantly be lensing. In situations where carrying binoculars makes people look at you like you're some crazy nerd - the MiniQuick fits into a shirt pocket and most folks don't notice you carrying or using it. At my workplace we are surrounded by numerous species of birds that come and go very quickly - I can often lens them discreetly with no one the wiser using the MiniQuick. I enjoy this product so much that if something were to happen to it I would immediately order another - it's worth every penny of the asking price !

For how small it is. The light it brings in is pretty impressive. Outside with good light conditions, it was what I was hoping for. Super clear great contrast and sharpness. I grip it with my middle, ring and pinky finger and put my thumb on my cheek and pointer finger on my forehead and can hold it very steady, little to no shake. It is so light it feels like a toy. The focus ring fells quite stiff and creaks at end of focus range. Overall I am happy with my purchase. B&H by far had the best price I could find with super fast shipping. I give it 4 1/2 stars.
