Regrettably this phone was faulty on receipt and has been returned within the week. I reordered a replacement but of a different make which has just been delivered and is awaiting �set up�.

This is good for hard of hearing, and easy to use. The ringtone is a bit tinny, but O.K.

The screen does not illuminate and is rather faint and difficult to read.

My 95 year old mother, who is hearing impaired, find this phone to be the best for her. Now when I call, she picks up within a couple of rings (before the phone would be ringing for ages and then she'd pickup, or not at all) and I do not need to shout a conversation with her.

got this for my sister-in-law who is hard of hearing the ring is very loud and it also has a little light that flashes perfect
