Delivered to pick up location, bit disappointed with the packaging e.g. there was none only the box it came in, leaving a potential for transport damage. Unboxed the item no visible damage to the contents. Have tried both the automatic settings and manual and the grill works perfectly. Other reviews regarding automatic settings not functioning after a period of use, I cannot comment as I have only used it twice. Will update this review in due course.

Do not hesitate to buy this Grill. Its amazing!!! I would say the best investment I have done regarding kitchen appliances. It really cooks meat, poultry and fish the exact way as a Restaurant. I could never ever cook a chicken or meat the way this grill does. Also very compact and easy to clean. No need to be on top of it waiting to check if its well cooked or not, the grill tells you the exact moment when is ready. Absolutely amazing! 100% recommended :)

I love the Tefal Optigrill + I bought it to replace my old George Foreman Grill, which I didn’t really like because it was so small, and difficult to clean. With the Tefal Optigrill, there is no guessing as to when the meat is cooked, an inbuilt cooking sensor detects when the appropriate temperate has reached and lets you know when the food is cooked. It can also be set to manual mode if you prefer. It is easy to clean, and to do this, the plates can be removed, which is great. I am very pleased with my Optigrill.

Really pleased with this item, with the preset programmes, you just select which programme you want, close the lid and away it goes. The food (including steak) was cooked perfectly, the grill plates can then be washed by hand or in the dish washer. Recommended.
