De TCL NXTVision 65A300W biedt een uitstekende beeldkwaliteit met een mat scherm dat reflecties goed tegengaat. Installatie is eenvoudig dankzij de flush wall mount en het slanke design past mooi in elk interieur. Voor gamers zijn HDMI 2.1, VRR en ALLM aanwezig, wat zorgt voor een soepele game-ervaring. De Art Mode en digitale galerij zijn leuke extra’s voor fotoliefhebbers. Wel zijn de zwartwaarden en het contrast minder door het ontbreken van local dimming, en kleuren ogen soms flets in SDR en HDR. Bij brede kijkhoeken neemt de beeldkwaliteit snel af. Het geluid is voldoende voor dagelijks gebruik, maar een soundbar is aan te raden voor betere audio. Let op: alleen de meegeleverde wandbeugel is bruikbaar, VESA-montage ontbreekt. Over het algemeen is dit een stijlvolle en veelzijdige TV, maar met enkele beperkingen voor home cinema en brede zitopstellingen.

I bought this product online from The Good Guys for around $1,400 (it was on discount at the time). I chose to pick it up from the Marion store, so it was delivered a bit later. Within 30 days, the price dropped by about $250. I contacted the store to ask if they could adjust the price, but they flat-out refused, saying I hadn’t paid for their “Price Protection Guarantee.” The issue is, I purchased online and wasn’t given that option at checkout. When I reached out to customer care, they redirected me back to the store — and since then, I’ve been stuck in a loop between the two with no proper response. The product itself is great and I’d still recommend it, but the overall experience with The Good Guys has been disappointing. This is the first time I’ve had such an issue with them, and it really took away from what should have been a smooth purchase.

I wouldn’t buy any TV that isn’t a Google TV! That’s the decision I made when I first got an Android TV—and it solved most of the issues I used to have. I believe that aside from the operating system, most TV functions are pretty much the same. The real standout feature of this TV is how the images look just like a painting. It’s also incredibly thin with a narrow frame. I mounted it on a table using the TCL redeemed stand, and it still looks like a framed original painting. I couldn’t have made a better choice. Thanks to Mark for his support with a smooth purchase and quick delivery and helping with getting the TV stand.
