Easy to set up, Does everything it is supposed to do. Wonderful, clear screen, no lag-performs well. Battery lasts as it should. Connects to the WiFi easily. I don't have anything bad to say about it

Tablet works great until the touch screen stops working every 5 minutes and you have to restart it to get it to work again. Regret purchasing it

I haven’t even received it yet. The delivery process with UPS will probably be the reason after 19 years of being a customer that I am thinking about dropping my service with you. The tracking number wasn’t correct, I was home every time they delivered it and they didn’t give any amount of time to answer the door. I’ve adjusted work schedules to get this tablet and after all this time…I still do not have it and I cannot seem to find anyone there who knows what is going on.

I have the s10fe and my daughter had an ipad we couldnt get certain drawing apps on, so I got her this one and its basically the same as mine, amazing and a fraction of the price
