De Russell Hobbs 27020-56 is een compacte rijstkoker die vooral geschikt is voor kleine huishoudens of individueel gebruik. Het apparaat is snel, makkelijk te bedienen en ideaal voor het bereiden van 1 tot 2 porties rijst. De automatische warmhoudfunctie is handig, zodat de rijst warm blijft tot het opdienen. De uitneembare antiaanbakkom en het glazen deksel zijn vaatwasserbestendig, wat het schoonmaken eenvoudig maakt. Wel melden gebruikers dat het apparaat soms een onaangename geur afgeeft tijdens gebruik en dat de rijst af en toe omgeroerd moet worden om aanbranden te voorkomen. Over het algemeen is het een praktische keuze voor wie snel en zonder gedoe rijst wil koken, maar houd rekening met deze kleine nadelen.

The lid has a plastic smoke outlet which can get loose with heat and get lost while washing.

I love it, exactly what i want, rice cooks perfectly and when my daughter saw it she wanted it too, so i purchased another one for her.

Australia uses 220-240 volts which is okay for this mini rice cooker as its voltage is only 230 v. However the electrical plug is a type C plug (also called the Europlug, and Indonesia use the same type of plug). So, being Indonesian who live in Australia it's not a problem at all. I just need to use one of my Indonesian travel adapter. I love the size. It's perfect for me, my husband and my 10 year-old daughter who are not big rice eaters. So far I have tried to cook Basmati Rice and 3-color organic whole grain rice. They're all perfectly cooked, fluffy and delicious.

Klein en fijn , alleen jammer dat de stekker niet los kan. Maar verder uitstekend. Een 2e gekocht voor mijn zoon op kamers gaat.
