The AMD Ryzen 7 5700 Wraith is an excellent product. It delivers good performance and is fairly quiet.

Used for a data server under Windows 2025, it is perfect, without installing drivers I have a full HD screen.

This is probably going to be last upgrade for my AM4 systems, but that's okay. I keep some older systems running with background tasks (encoding video, crypto, whatever) and this is probably going to be the last time I upgrade them, but these are the best processors I could ask for for the task. Integrated video, so no extra cards needed for keeping older systems going, and they can still get the job done with their specs. Definitely worth the investment to breathe some new life into older hardware.

I was looking for a CPU upgrade for my aging Ryzen 5 2400G and my AsRock B450M-HDV R4.0 motherboard supported newer, faster chips. Enter the Ryzen 7 5700G. I found a solid, even though still slightly older, CPU upgrade and I'm thrilled with the performance boost I received. This helped breathe new life into my older PC and now I don't have to worry about upgrades for a while. I caught this on sale so I'm very pleased with the value I'm getting out of this upgrade.
