Canon RF 15-35mm f/2.8L IS USM

Bought to replace an EF 16-35 2.8 L and am very pleased with RF 15-35. It works very well with my R52. I also had excellent service from WEX.

Very good , not too heavy, good in dim light, not much distortion

Iedereen met een EOS R-camera zou er zo eentje moeten hebben in zijn tas! Het bereik van 15-35mm is erg fijn en met f/2.8 maak je naast de wijdste landschappen ook nog mooie portretten. Het nadeel is dat de lens erg lang is, langer dan de RF 24-105mm f/4 L IS USM en heeft een filtermaat van 82mm. Het had ook best een zoomlock knopje kunnen krijgen net als bijna alle andere zoomlenzen in deze lijn.

I bought this lens primarily for Landscapes and used it for a few events. For Landscapes it is sublime, and extremely sharp at f8-f9. I shot a few events with groups of people, if you can place a the portly figures in the center as it is not so flattering on the edges. I just swopped to my 28-70F2 for the group shots anther superb piece of Glass. All around the 15-35mm was a great buy

Bought this for a Northern lights trip to Iceland, and it was the only lens I had on the camera for the whole week and a thousand shots.
