It is okay for its price, the only disadvantage i really hate is when you leave the rice on the "keep worm" feature the heat is too worm that it turn the rice to a browny color and it get so dry. Other than that I think it is okay for its price and it was delivered fast.

this is the best kitchen appliance I bought ever. Love it. We cook most of our food in it!

Out of box faulty, replaced without question. We had to return the item to the U.K. And now having trouble getting reimbursed for the freight which was quite a lot as we are in NZ. Apart from that we have used the cooker and it works well BUT the instructions are very basic and hard to understand. We are on a learning curve but why does it have to be so complicated?
