Maybelline Tattoo Liner Gel Pot en 2-in-1 professionele eyelinerkwast Eyeliner 3 g Nr. 950 - Blackest Black

Bought this a few months ago. Used a new sharpener, the plastic is too hard, the blade can’t grip it. Bought another. Same problem. Used a new Exacto (!) knife and it budged the plastic but left dangerous sharp spikes too. No EXCUSE a for this terrible product. Zero stars.

It says on Amazon that the tip is retractable. So I thought my first one was broken and binned it. Ordered another. Then discovered Amazon were wrong and it is NOT retractable. Tried to sharpen the new one this morning as advised, with a high quality sharpener and ended up with a horrible mess. Beyond annoyed. I see this has been an issue for at least two years! Why hasn’t Maybelline addressed it??

I love this liner. It goes on smoothly, gives the perfect lines and last all day.

Like everyone else, unusable when it needs sharpening. Why ask for reviews when you don't respond. Shame on you Maybelline

Disappointed is an understatement. Waste of money. as it cannot be sharpened.
