I thought my brushes were clean. But when I used this brush cleaning mat, I discovered there was still makeup in some of my brushes. I like the different textures, especially the rinse texture because I can see my brushes are thoroughly rinsed.

This is a great little tool, very helpful in keeping your make-up brushes clean. Bought one for my daughter and then another for myself. It's one of those inventions that's so simple, you wonder, 'why didn't I think of that?' Rinses clean, easy to store.

I love this brush cleaner. I have two very dense Laura Geller makeup brushes and it took seconds to get the foundation out of them with a little soap, water and a few swipes over the textured mat. When I squeezed the excess water out, it ran clear. It used to take so long and multiple attempts to get the foundation out. One of my best purchases.

Reminds me of the washboards a few generations back. Love the textile and suction cups, I bought this item for shared use between mom and me, I rarely wear makeup anymore but my brushes could use a thorough cleaning. Mom has a terry cloth covered facial sponge saturated in makeup she removes nightly. THAT sponge needs this mat until she swaps it out with seasonal sponges, I like the various textures to each section of the mat. I’ll buy more for my family as gifts
