I really like the Nuxe lip balms. I do like this one, but would agree it doesn't feel quite as rich as the original, but it's still lovely, with a nice texture and does a good job to make my dry lips feel comfortable. My slight problem is though, I don't get any rose fragrance from it at all, just lots of vanilla, which is fine, I will still use it , and I quite like vanilla, but it's called 'Very Rose' and that was a big part of the reason for purchasing. I do prefer Reve De Miel as my lips are very dry and the extra richness of the formula is appreciated, but,if you like vanilla and find RdM slightly too rich, this one might be for you.

While I didn’t like the original Nuxe Reve de Miel lip mask which I found rather gritty on my lips, I really like this one. I was surprised to find it has a faint vanilla scent which is very pleasant. The texture is similar to the O.G. but feels smooth on my lips and lasts a long time. It’s not slick or glossy, I have worn this during the day as well as an overnight lip mask, the result is equally wonderful. In the morning the product is still on my lips and they are very soft. Comes in a glass jar, highly recommend this lip balm/mask.

Just love this lip balm, so light and moisturizing, perfect for daily wear with or without lipstick. Love the NUXE Reive de meile too but find it’s best to use at night as is a lot heavier. Really pleased with my purchase thanks NUXE and Escentual.

I've been exclusively using reve de miel from the same brand for years and I wanted to give a try to this one. Doesn't smell like roses, it has kind of granulated texture, it doesn't work well before applying lipstick, I would still use it before sleep, it does a good job, lips feel nourished in the morning.

I was keen to try this, as I am a fan of rose and a huge fan of nuxe reve de miel lip balm, but it's not for me. It isn't as thick as the original and doesn't last as long on the lips and therefore isn't as nourishing. There's nothing particularly wrong with the rose lip balm, but there's nothing amazing either. You could get the same cheaper. I'll be sticking to the original!
