De Siemens EX975LXC1E is een luxe inductiekookplaat met 5 kookzones en 3 flex zones, waardoor je flexibel kunt koken met verschillende pannen. De dual lightSlider bediening is zeer gebruiksvriendelijk en de PowerBoost functie zorgt voor snelle opwarming. De FryingSensor Plus voorkomt aanbranden en met 17 vermogensniveaus kun je de temperatuur precies instellen. Wel is de prijs aan de hoge kant en mist het apparaat slimme functies zoals Home Connect. Ook heb je een zware stroomaansluiting nodig en is er geen geïntegreerde afzuiging. Dit model is vooral geschikt voor wie veel flexibiliteit en gebruiksgemak zoekt, maar bereid is meer te investeren.

Going from gas to induction took me some time to get used to but now I would not go back, so easy to use and clean, so efficient, quick boil feature is amazing. Cooking time is reduced. Would recommmend.

4 jaar met plezier gebruikt. Makkelijk in gebruik en werkt heel goed en handig. Helaas nu kortsluiting gehad in het toestel. Gelukkig stond ik ernaast en heb ik brand kunnen voorkomen door snel te handelen.

This is our first induction hob and it's featureless, inflexible and unimpressive. We asked or kitchen supplier for a gas hob but they wouldn't do it and convinced up this was better. This is too much of a blunt instrument when cooking....the heat is either too much or too little, the time only does minutes and, with the shiny glass top, it always looks dirty no matter what we do. On the positive side this is one of four Siemens appliences we were supplied and this is the only one that hasn't needed repair in the 6 months we've had them - freezer door hinges failed, dishwasher rack rails dropped, etc, etc.
