Install was very easy. . It took about 4 minutes before it was ready. The CLP-775nd warms up in under 40 seconds. Then the trouble started, after a few prints the printer would say " paper jam " but there never was a paper jam. After pulling out the tray and toners looking for the JAM I never did find any paper jams! Then after putting everything back together again the printer would restart and print normal for a few prints and read " paper jam ". Then I noticed that the toners levels were falling like a rock in water. The black toner is 50% after 150 prints. The others still have about 75%. Sorry but I had to return this printer and go back to my HP Laser jet Pro M551dn. After a firmware update my HP is like new again.

The printer stops, says there is a jam and and there is not a jam. Samsung say I have to ship it back to them - I do not have original packaging and it weighs 50lbs! There is no Samsung service person in our area.

I have been working with computers and printers since 1980. Learned Basic Programming and have helped develop software programs, though I don't work in the Tech industry.

I use this on a network of 12 users who print 200 or so pages per week, sometimes more.

Great printer for the price - fast, beautiful crisp clear copies. Paper drawer holds a full ream and there's an external indicator showing how much paper is left. Driver installation on XP went perfectly smoothly. Don't like the OPC drum in every toner cartridge - gonna make replacing them expensive. And with the manufacturer providing only starter carts, THAT will happen much sooner than I'd like. Come on, Samsung, toner is cheap!
