I purchased Black & Colour Ink for my Printer. However, at first after 'new' Black ink, was inserted in Printer, I got message, 'This Black Ink is empty, please use a full ink'. Took replacement ink out of printer, visual check of contacts. Replaced the 'new' Black ink, into printer. Got Same message each time? 4 times altogether, before the printer suddenly said, 'Processing'. Eventually, the printer accepted, the new ink. I cannot reason why this happened? The Black Ink, that Canon supplied me with, to date, appears to be functioning correctly. No problem with Printer on exchanging Colour ink,

Bought individual as packs were out of stock. At least it was the XL one as I have lots of photocopying and printing to do.

Fast, punctual, no criticism to make, so I'm satisfied with this purchase. No problem for a new purchase.

So far it works very well, good quality and received on time. I recommend it, thank you.
