I bought these headphones approximately 3 months ago to replace a faulty pair. Great sound and easy to use. A shame the sales team are not allowed to road test them so to give a better recommendation. As always happy with the team & service at Richer Sounds.

I bought these primerally for my wife to use on our holiday flights. They did take a while to pair up with the Fiio DAP that she uses but did eventually pair. Sound quality is good and clear, but with a little bump up in the bass. My only negative really is that they are not particularly loud; a problem I don't think I've come across before with BlueTooth. My wife seems to think they are OK though, so that's what matters.

I am on my second pair in two years and I can say these are the worst earbuds I’ve ever tried. I cannot get them to pair no matter what I do. JBL already swapped out one pair saying there was an issue with the case but I’m having the same problem with these now that I’ve upgraded phones. The button on the case DOES NOT put these into pairing mode. I am a diehard JBL fan (car stereo fully equipped, two JBL Boomboxes, and four JBL Go speakers) but I will never again own earbuds made by JBL. Absolute nightmare!
