My headphones were not emitting sound on one side I think might be my drivers i don't know but it might be a one off

Had these sense Sept 2023. Great sound and battery life. But quality is an issue. Bottom of the headband starting separating. Good news is Sony is covering it under warranty.

Sony doesn’t warranty the headband which is cheap foam and fell apart in 3 months. The mic is ok but sound a little tin can For the amount of money I would expect a higher quality make. Very disappointed.

This is a good headset, sounds great. But…. Microphone is horrible and is always in the way unless muted. in PS5 party chat my friends noticed a big difference compared to the pulse 3D headset. There’s this weird bug with pc Sony inzone software where it won’t let you update the headset. Therefore that led for the headset party/game volume mixer buttons not responding to PlayStation 5, had to switch it manually. All in all I returned these and decided to buy replacement ear pads for the pulse 3D headset as it’s too good of a headset for a much better price.
