De Xiaomi Mi Smart Band 9 Active is een voordelige keuze voor beginners die basisfuncties zoeken. Het lichte ontwerp en de eenvoudige bediening worden vaak geprezen. Toch zijn er duidelijke nadelen: de tracking van hartslag en GPS is vaak onnauwkeurig, het TFT-scherm is minder helder dan bij duurdere modellen, en de band kan makkelijk losraken. Ook zijn er minder sportmodi en ontbreekt automatische herkenning van activiteiten. Voor wie meer nauwkeurigheid en functies zoekt, is een upgrade aan te raden.

Very happy with the band 9 The details: Had been using a Xioami smart band 7 for a few months. Band 9 seems to have more accurate heart rate monitoring and improved sleep monitoring. Does an excellent job for what it is and the price. Good battery life. Have to watch sometimes that the strap doesn't get caught and pull undone. Haven't worn a watch for decades but it was easy to get used to wearing this. The band 9 senses the movement for "I'm looking at my watch" and the display comes on and brightens as required (really neat). Lots of swiping to find and set some of the options but probably the norm. Only thing I'd want to improve is that sometimes the display comes on at night; would be nice to disable it for set times. Nothing really irritating. Overall, very happy with it.

Decent build quality, band is easy to switch with the other one I bought. Tracking is consistent, less sensitive than others I've had for steps, HR is nice to have. Sleep is sometimes off by a fair bit but usually only if I don't move much after waking so I'm not really giving it any input to work with. Yeah it's really good for the price.

I bought this as I was enticed by the long battery life And so far it has delivered! With all the features enabled mine has lasted more than a week with a single charge The only improvements is ideally I want all the features synchronised to my fit account It can also do for NFC But you get what you pay for
