Jura Ena 8 Full Metropolitan Black

Ordered the Jura ENA8 as a replacement for my old machine, unfortunately the milk frothing system did not work, I contacted Jura they said return it to the supplier which I did for a replacement. When this arrived it had exactly the same fault, this has now also been returned for a refund. I did find the Jura staff I dealt with to be very helpful and polite. I will still buy a Jura coffee machine as my old one lasted many years.

This is the pot of my coffee dreams! It makes the most delicious and perfect cup of coffee every time. I’ve tested some different beans, which can get costly, and found that Illy Classic or Lavazza Arabica beans give the smoothest taste by far.

This is my second Jura fully automatic machine. It has improvements over the last one (such as the ability to use ground coffee in a different chute to make one cup at a time of a different kind than is in the bean container—such as decaf). It makes a beautiful cup of coffee. Very easy to use. It makes me ridiculously happy every single morning.

I became aware of jura while visiting my sister because her family has the Z10. My wife and I immediately looked into getting one, but in addition to being quite expensive, the z10 is also really large. I was thrilled when I found the ENA 8 because it still has the one touch lattes and cappuccinos, but it's foot print is much smaller and it's not as tall so it fits well on our counter under the cabinets. We're 1 week into having and using it and so far it has been great. Easy to set up and just works. All the cleaning is relatively intuitive and the coffee, lattes, espresso, etc. are all great. We're extremely happy with this purchase!
