the cuff is actually too small as my arms are to big and it does not help me. I would recommend for small or thinner arms. I chose wrong as I thought it was an appropriate size. sadly it's not.

I needed a larger cuff than the one supplied for my BM47 monitor. This is an original Beurer product so it is high quality and works really well. It took a few days to arrive but well worth the wait.
