Sonos Port

Although not cheap, it's a lot more reliable than my old Apple AirPort Express that kept dropping out for AirPlay. Downside, which is a technical inevitability, AirPlay-ing CDs or vinyl to SONOS speakers alongside one's own speakers will incur a 75ms delay resulting in an echo. A Blustream AD11AU would sort that. I recommend this device.

Plugged into the tape loop of my amplifier, any source connected to the amp can be streamed to other rooms as well as coming out of the amp with no delay between rooms

Bought the Sonos Port to replace our old Connect. Bit tricky to set up/integrate, especially if you have a pre-amp for your record deck, but managed to find a really useful article on Sonos Help. All sorted and sounds great!

Excellent replacement for the ZP 190 & the connect as requested performance is impeccable,inputs to amp allow hardwired aswel as Bluetooth & the sound has clarity just what I’d been looking for,richer sound lives up to it reputation for those that seek clarity in frequencies ,output is more than ample fir the large. I needed to buy this rather boring black box to connect my record player to my home Sonos network and whilst I do think the cost is outrageous for what it is, it does the job superbly. I also managed to utilise the 15% discount that Sonos offer when trading in an old speaker. Top job all round, it does what it says on the tin.
