I use it a lot on various jobs and is very useful for tiling rooms on four ealls to gauge the levels. Struggle sometimes to place the lazer at the exact height as the stand starts at around 2 feet and has a limited height. It can also eat through batteries. Despite it being green, struggle to see it when bright. Not sure if the red is any worse. It appears to stand up to the rigours of day to day work and built well.

I bought this thinking it would work well for me. in reality it needs a very high tripod to work from the ground. Its great if you can get to work on a magnetic strut, but basically useless unless you have a 'high' tripod that costs even more money. be careful here my friends. Once on a suitable tripod it works very well, just mind the tripod...

Excellent, saved me hours marking out the garden, in the house for lights, picture frames and for long curtain poles Eats batteries allegedly but I found it to be ok, the green lines are super visible indoors or in low light outside. Tripod is a bit wobbly as setting to the height needed but then settles down. Well worth the purchase.

Life saver, if you’ve not purchased one of these then it’s a must don’t go cheap
