If you suffer back pain this is one of the best i have used.

I bought this in July 2016 but only took it out of its box yesterday when suffering from a bad case of flu. It worked beautifully for 15 minutes then died! It’s been too long since I bought it and no guarantees so I guess I have to put up w this bad product. A most expensive mistake.

Its packaging is good and neat but its temperature is weak

The maximum heat for this product is just Above luke warm. So unsatisfying - I'd equate it to being starving and someone giving you a cup of broth. Honestly it kinda just makes things worse by reminding you that you need heat to feel better. I'm so disappointed, especially for this price.

Fabulous quality, size and comfort. My mum suffers badly from arthritis in her spine and is thrilled with this product and the ease it gives for her pain. Also great for keeping warm when you're 86 years old and watching TV on a cold evening.
