Hoka One One Loopschoen 'ARAHI 8' limoen / lichtrood / zwart

10/10. Now, I have not bought a lot of cushioned road shoes with drops in them; this is my first pair. I was an avid runner and used to buy Asics when I was younger; I loved them, but my knees just need more support now. I haven't run in a few years because I was afraid of the knee pain and I was developing arthritis, but I really missed it. The REI shoe associate helped me pick this pair, and I immediately headed out to try them. I did so much better and more than I thought I could do, given my hiatus, and my knee pain was minimal. If anything, muscle strain from disuse was more of a bother than my knee pain. And I did not have any lingering aches the next day. So, while I have not tried any other road running shoes, the fact that these were so comfortable from the get-go and have helped me get back into the sport of running, (I've been able to go twice now in just three days with minimal pain), I will say 5 stars.

I overpronate when I walk/run. I recently started picking up running and have heard great things about Hoka. After researching, I saw these got rave reviews. I’m generally an 8.5 or 9 but size up for sneakers. The 9.5 fit like a glove. I immediately noticed a difference in support when I used them today. Incredibly light and great support. Highly recommend!

I bought these to replace my wore out Bondi 8’s. They are very comfortable and well fitting. They seem to be a little lighter than the Bondi but the sole looks like it should be sturdier than the Bondi which would be great. I am very happy with them so far and I look forward to seeing how they wear.

Roomy comfortable fit. This shoe (brand and model) was recommended to me by my foot and ankle surgeon for its great stability and support.

Great shoe! Coming off Jones surgery for fractured metatarsal and these are a godsend! Good looking shoe and just flashy enough!
