These are very good if you want to watch birds and even aircraft. They are easy to use, comfortable and built well. It is possible to see the surface of the moon, but I would recommend a telescope if your serious about looking into the night sky. There was an additional delivery charge that I had to pay the post office who delivered it, which took me by surprise. Great buy

disappointing.Find difficult to focus .Wide angle lens good but mag and focus not precise enough for my needs bird-watching.
