De Philips Series 7000 MG7940/15 is een populaire multigroomer dankzij zijn veelzijdigheid, lange batterijduur en stevige bouw. Bought this to use a hair/beard combo with the addition of the nose hair trimmer. Beard trimmer was below. Average as it doesn't close enough or efficiently. Have to run the clipper through few times to get the job done. Hair clipper attachment was average and also lacks the power as the the blades are thin. Nose, hair trimmer and the shaver attachments are good and does a decent job. Battery is excellent and last a long time. Overall, this is okay for the touch-ups but not good enough to use as a regular hair clipper or or a beer trimmer.

I have bought much better Philips trimmers before! Yesterday, I heard noise coming from the bathroom, only to later find that the machine suddenly started on its own. I could not make it to stop, so I plugged it into the charger (one way I knew would make it stop). Now, the trimmer is lying dead in front of me, and I barely used it!! i have another Philips machine that I bought back in 2018 and still works, and has worked much better (I do not have to go over the same spots over and over). If that is a problem for you do not buy!

I bought this on May 2023 and got broken in Jan 2026. It started to turn on by itself 4-5 months ago and now doesn't turn on at all. STAY AWAY

Purchased the All-in-One MG7940/85 Series 7000 trimmer so I could cut my own hair at home. When I say that it's my wife that cuts my hair. The unit has all the necessary add on to do the job. I am very happy with the trimmer and have saved money by not having to go to the barber every month.
