De Sony 65'' Bravia 8 OLED 4K (2024) blinkt uit met diepe zwartwaarden, levendige kleuren en een brede kijkhoek, waardoor het beeld in vrijwel elke situatie indrukwekkend blijft. De tv is zeer geschikt voor zowel films als gaming dankzij snelle responstijden en moderne functies zoals HDMI 2.1 en VRR. Wel is de HDR-helderheid beperkt, vooral bij grote heldere scènes, en zijn er slechts twee HDMI 2.1-poorten, waarvan één gedeeld met eARC, wat de aansluitmogelijkheden beperkt. Reflecties kunnen storend zijn in lichte kamers en voor de meest nauwkeurige kleuren is kalibratie aan te raden. Over het algemeen is dit een uitstekende keuze voor wie beeldkwaliteit en veelzijdigheid belangrijk vindt, maar er zijn enkele praktische beperkingen om rekening mee te houden.

I bought a TV and Soundbar and was told by the store I could apply for the Sony cashback offer after 3 months. I duly set a reminder to do this only to find 3 months later I only needed to wait 35 days after the purchase and the cashback offer had now expired. I contacted Sony Support who were incredibly understanding and arranged for the cashback to be honoured. It took a few weeks but Sony kepy me well informed throughout and it was great to deal with a company who just got on with sorting everything without question. Needless to say I'm very pleased with my new products as well as the follow up support from Sony.
