Tv was awful hadc3 tvs all with same fault amberlites wouldnt turn off philips customer service Is dreadful never known anything like it not very helpfulbat all just kept saying setting done everything possible when googled fault kept saying firmware fault so i would not rate this tv at all

Extremely pleased with this tv much better than I thought,first time I owned a Philips very impressed with the ambi light and the quality of the picture and sound,the tv is led and normally with cheaper tvs I have had in past q led tvs are very bright this one however is nice and subtle and not giving me a headache,only bad point is the lack of apps as iam using the titan os system which isn’t a problem I just connect Apple TV to it to watch now tv,iam very impressed with the freely service so I don’t need an Ariel.overall excellent tv but wished it offered extended warranty or insurance on it as that would be a bonus
