Philips Ambilight 32" PFS6900 (2025)

I needed a new tv for my granddaughters room when she stays. This tv fitted the bill perfectly. The ambilight feature is really cool.

We wanted a small TV with Freely and the Phillips fitted the bill perfectly. Easy to set-up and enough inputs to ensure we can connect everything we need to. Original TV arrived damaged but was quickly sorted by Richer Sounds.

I've owned this TV for a few months now. Loving it! I can understand some people not understanding how the remote control works as it's a bit different from what I was used to. The volume and channel changing is done on a rocker type switch, push it up and down. There's a button for lighting up the numbers to select a channel between the two rocker switches. TV has impressive sound and picture. Freely is great. You won't get all the freeview channels but you'll get most. Sky Arts isn't on it. There are easy access for Prime and other subscription channels and more free ones on the remote. A great bedroom TV. Ambilight is cool!

Having spend many, many months trying to find a good 32-inch TV to replace my aging one, I finally found this Philips, and am totally happy with my choice. It was the only one I could find that met my wish list for Full HD, Freely and Aerial and Satellite input, 3 x HDMI and optical output. I had looked at other brands, but all failed on off-axis picture quality, or a lack of the connections I wanted. This Philips has excellent picture quality, lovely discrete aesthetics and was easy to set up. Not only is this TV excellent value compared to any other, but the best price on this TV, by far, was Richer Sounds.

Had this tv as a replacement for a Hisense tv and i am very pleased as this Philips 32" which i purchased for my bedroom is an excellent tv in so many ways with the easy to understand remote and picture quality is very good.
