De LG OLED evo G5 55G56LS (2025) levert een indrukwekkend helder en kleurrijk beeld met diepe zwartwaarden, zelfs in goed verlichte ruimtes. Dankzij de nieuwe RGB Tandem OLED-technologie en anti-reflectielaag zijn zowel contrast als kleurvolume sterk verbeterd. Gamers profiteren van vier HDMI 2.1-poorten en hoge verversingssnelheden tot 165Hz. Wel is het geluid aan de magere kant en is de nieuwe afstandsbediening minder gebruiksvriendelijk. Ook ontbreekt DTS-audio-ondersteuning en kan lichte stotter optreden bij langzame bewegingen. Over het algemeen is dit een topklasse OLED-tv voor beeldkwaliteit, maar een aparte geluidsoplossing is aan te raden.

A great TV with vibrant colours. The surround sound system makes watching TV at home like a cinema expreince.

Having saved for a premium OLED for premium money, I was disappointed to find the the lower left and right bevels that go around the OLED has come away from the internal display. I suspect the adhesive has come away from both sizes. I am getting a new one sent out but when the time frame is "when there in stock" it feels like I am left in Limbo waiting for an email at some point in time on someday. Very disappointing for a premium OLED that obviously has serious quality control issues. I'm within my 30 day cancellation timeframe under the consumer goods act of 2015 so I might just ask for a refund and get a Samsung QD-OLED.
