De LG 27ART10AKPL StanbyME is een 27‑inch Full HD‑touchscreen (1920 x 1080) op een in hoogte verstelbare standaard met wielen. Het apparaat heeft een ingebouwde accu voor ongeveer drie uur gebruik, een verversingssnelheid van 60Hz en ingebouwde luidsprekers voor zelfstandig gebruik.[1][2][3][4][6] Het scherm draait op WebOS met ingebouwde streamingapps en is te bedienen via touch of afstandsbediening. I am beyond happy right now. My screen was cracked and it had been a year or so since i bought it. I had no more warranty. No local areas could fix it. I reached out to LG and they recommended some place locally, but again, the shops here no longer opened. LG rep on chat told me there was nothing else they could do. After a couple days, LG called me and offered at an afforadable price to repair it. Within a week of mailing to, repair, and send back, I got my LG standby me back! My favorite TV of all the ones in my home. Based on this experience with LG, I will continue to purchase their products. They have the customer support that you need. Thankyou LG, I only have great things to say about you!

I purchased an LG StandbyMe TV/monitor through Amazon, and it arrived with a damaged port right out of the box. Naturally, I contacted LG to resolve the issue under their warranty—but instead of taking responsibility, they pushed me off to Amazon and refused to help. Now, instead of receiving support for a defective product, I’m forced to repack the entire TV and haul it out for return. As someone with a disability, this process is not just inconvenient, it’s physically challenging and deeply frustrating. This was supposed to be a simple purchase, but it’s turned into a waste of time and energy. LG’s refusal to honor their warranty is unacceptable. It’s clear they don’t stand behind their products, and I’ve learned the hard way not to trust them again. I won’t be buying LG in the future, and I strongly recommend others reconsider as well.

I ordered the standby me on John Lewis website with the price reduction and the special offer included a matching Bluetooth speaker which was out of stock, I went into John Lewis's the next day in Stratford the staff was so helpful the manager organised the Bluetooth speaker as it was in stock ! The standby me is fab easy to put together and great sound and vision I'm so pleased with it ! It looks great too !
