Had the XP Pen 15 and decided to get this. Huge upgrade. You could feel the difference, especially if you like to draw or sketch. Feels like a pen on paper. One of the best experiences I've had and I've used Cintiqs are work for a few years. At this point, you're wondering...why the 2 stars? After 2 weeks, I come home from work, ready to work on a personal project..guess what doesn't work. Screen turns all flickery and glitchy. Occasionally working for a moment, especially if you're inactive after it being on for a few minutes. Try anything else, Substance, Photoshop, Maya...glitch city. It's unusable. Bought completely new cables, even tried it on a different computer. I never thought I'd say this, especially after an initial great time out of box...this Cintiq is garbage. Come at me! Seriously, save your money. Get the cheaper 16 or get a last gen Cintiq. Paying this price...it's criminal and infuriating to be going through this.

Two stars because it wasn’t compatible with the latest OS Mojave. I kept losing connection, or getting weird, double cursors. Long time user of Wacom products. Went through support and nothing would fix the bug. I returned it. Using old intuos until I can find something else. Disappointed.

It bought mine almost 3 months ago, and so far it’s been great. It took me about an hour to set it up, there’s no detailed instructions and I had to use google to find a tutorial video. The tablet itself works great.

This product was always a bit glitchy with the drivers. However, after 3 months of use, it stopped being recognized at all. Mac Mojave 10.14.4. So disappointing. Beautiful screen and works well when it worked. I’ve been on chat with Wacom support for 4 days. Now they are suggesting I send it in for repair.
