De Philips TAB8507B/10 biedt een krachtig 3.1-kanaals geluid met Dolby Atmos, waardoor films en muziek tot leven komen. De draadloze subwoofer zorgt voor diepe bas, en de center speaker maakt dialogen extra duidelijk. Dankzij compatibiliteit met AirPlay 2, Chromecast, Bluetooth en spraakassistenten is de soundbar veelzijdig inzetbaar. DTS Play-Fi en multiroom audio maken het eenvoudig om muziek door het hele huis te streamen. Wel is de HDMI-connectiviteit beperkt en kan de omvang van het systeem een nadeel zijn in kleinere kamers. De Dolby Atmos-ervaring is goed, maar niet zo indrukwekkend als bij high-end modellen. Er zijn geen fysieke surround speakers, alleen virtueel surround. Over het algemeen is dit een uitstekende keuze voor wie een betaalbare, krachtige en slimme soundbar zoekt.

Ik ben niet echt tevreden. Het geluid gaat harder of zachter zonder dat wij eraan zitten tijdens het kijken naar een willekeurig programma. Had hiervoor een Sony soundbar en deze werkte ook niet optimaal dus voor mijn PHILIPS tv maar deze soundbar aangeschaft- Helaas ben ik hierover ook niet tevreden.

De set heeft veel potentie. Maar op dit moment lijkt er nog een software update nodig voor de laatste optimalisatie. De handleiding verwijst naar maar liefst drie apps. De app die nodig is voor de firmware update PS fine tune is een drama. Omdat ik een voorganger heb van Philips heb ik geduld maar inclusief de moeilijke koppeling met de wifi is er wel wel enige urgentie bij nodig. TP vision zet Philips als merk een beetje voor schut als ze dit niet snel oplossen.

De soundbar valt soms volledig uit (enige manier om te resetten is paar minuten de stroom onderbreken). Product teruggestuurd en een nieuw product ontvangen dat na enkele maanden opnieuw zelfde gedrag vertoont.Daarnaast koppelt de soundbar ook niet altijd even goed met de draadloze subwoofer.Zeer teleurgesteld in dit product dat allesbehalve aan de verwachtingen voldoet!

Having had this for a week, we are blown away by the quality of sound and it's very stylish design. Our earlier configuration consisted of a set of very popular brand of speaker to play classical / jazz music. The Philips Soundbar has clearly surpassed this set up. The three central speakers give a clear sound, and the subwoofer gives an awesome base. Add to this blend, the two rear speakers and you might be sitting within the orchestra!No wires between the various units make it a dream to place, and they connect instantaneously when powered on. The remote is also the sleekest we have seen.There are preset equaliser settings as well as an option to customise these. Each of the units can also be adjusted for their prominence in the mix.Overall, very happy with this versatile kit!

Such a slick looking sound bar with subwoofer - pretty easy to set up. We are blown away by the sound quality - you are fully immersed. Not having a load of wires between each item makes it super simple to place. We are very happy with this!
