Epson WorkForce DS-530II

bought this for our accounts payable however the scan preview is a totally different print quality than the actual scan. I cant believe how bad the actual scan is its illegible if there is any gray on the receipt

The Epson DS-530 II sheet-fed document scanner scans well and at a reasonable clip, but its price is a little steep given its shortage of features.

Fast, proficient, easy to set up, connect to computer

So far, this scanner is great. I had a little glitch in the setup that was totally my fault but it's now working fine. I love the fact that the unit can be 'closed' to keep dust out. Scanning is fairly quiet, which is also a plus. The only negative is that I lost a lot of desk space but have ordered a stand to raise the scanner a few inches above the desk so I can reclaim some space. Overall, this was worth the expense and will make keeping order.

The scan quality of this epson scanner is top notch. Every detail is crisp and clear. We could not be happier with the results
