Teva Sandalen 'Original Universal' olijfgroen

As I transitions to barefoot style sandals, I thought these would be good for sidewalk and concrete walks but the toe strap is too narrow and squeezes my pinky toe even if the strap is loose. Sending back. :(

I really wanted to love these, they're super cute and not too bulky. Unfortunately, I had to return them because they were actually quite painful. I wore them while driving around Yosemite and stopping at pull-overs in the valley, so I wasn't doing any serious hiking or walking. Within just a couple of hours they had rubbed both feet raw in multiple spots. I'd also agree with other reviewer that these aren't bunion friendly. You'd think the adjustable straps would help with that, but I think it was something about the placement that made it uncomfortable for that sensitive area. The straps themselves feel quite stiff and rigid, and I didn't want to deal with the discomfort of breaking them in on top of everything else. *sigh*

These were probably the first good outdoor sandal I wore when they first came out, and they are still great functional footwear.

I needed some sports sandals for lots of walking. I have a high arch so I need a footbed with good arch support. Unfortunately, these don't fit the bill for extensive walking - not for me anyway. The footbed is incredibly comfortable for casual walking, but there is insufficient arch support for my needs. Teva does make excellent sport sandals, which is I still give them 4 stars.

These are nowhere near the quality I am used to with Tevas. Returned and it cost me 8 bucks to see how downhill the quality has gone.
