AMD Ryzen 7 5800X

Ik heb deze processor een tijd geleden voor €150 gekocht en voor dat geld is het echt een uitstekende deal. De prestaties zijn nog steeds erg goed en hij kan mijn RTX 4070 Super zonder moeite bijhouden op zowel 1440p als 4K. Met mijn oude behuizing en een Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE (1× 120 mm intake en 1× 120 mm exhaust) bleef hij tijdens het gamen rond de 70 °C. Na het verbeteren van de airflow in mijn case en het plaatsen van een goede AIO draait hij tijdens het gamen rond de 50 °C. Als je al een AM4-systeem hebt en een krachtige upgrade zoekt zonder direct naar AM5 over te stappen, is de Ryzen 7 5800X nog steeds een uitstekende keuze.

A processor that is very good. It handles all everyday applications without flinching for a single second (to check emails, watch a Youtube video). It can run office apps (Libreoffice). In multitasking, it performs just as well.

I replaced my old ryzen 5 1erGen with this one, and the difference is quite noticeable. The response time is smoother, especially with encoding algorithms, and it works well with AI.

Good value for money; I don't regret my choice given my budget, so I could upgrade my hardware for Windows 11.

Having recovered a small desktop PC with a Ryzen 3 3100, this Ryzen 5 5500 gives it a huge boost again without breaking the bank for me. In addition, LDLC service and delivery are top-notch as always! Thank you :)
