This works I guess. The problem is I ordered this upon the advice of the Lexmark support agent after troubleshooting my printer thru the online chat. After installing the photoconductor units the support agent acknowledged that wasn't the problem after all and suggested I upgrade to a newer printer which will probably be more cost-effective. He said Lexmark would not accept any trade-in value for the new photoconductor units to offset the cost of purchasing a new Lexmark printer. So I was stuck with a non-working printer and paid over $100 for new photoconductor units I can't use. I thought support agents were supposed to help the consumer.

3 of my PC units needed replacing. You can't go wrong with this multi pack, cheaper than individual and they will all need to be replaced eventually.

Lexmark photoconductors are the only way to replace prior Lexmark photoconductors. Don't fall for the "compatible" ones. As for installing them, just follow the pictures (if you can't read). Each unit comes packaged very well, so as to prevent damage. The multi-pack comes with a label to return used up ones, good for the environment. Just be sure to re-set the 'life of the unit' for each unit, or that annoying message continues to show.
